As a student who studied from Mathayom 1 (Grade 7) to Mathayom 6 (Grade 12), I have had the opportunity to learn with many teachers from the BFITS Program (MEP) in Saipanyarangsit (SPR) School.
Through learning with them year by year, I gained many experiences that helped improve my English skills and my confidence. Each stage of my school life helped me grow—not only academically, but also as a person.
Discovering Confidence in English with Teacher Josh

I studied in the English program during Prathom 4 to 6 (Grades 4 to 6), so I already had some knowledge of English. However, I didn’t enjoy learning English that much at first. That changed when I met Teacher Joshua Johnson. He is kind and not very strict, which made learning feel more comfortable and enjoyable for me.
Because of his teaching style, I became more interested in English and started to speak more with others. My English gradually improved, and I felt more confident using it in class and in daily conversations.
Becoming the “Translator” in Class During M3

When I was in Mathayom 3 (Grade 9), my friends often asked me questions about Math, Science, and English because I could understand what the teachers were explaining and could help with classwork and homework. I became like a “translator” for my friends, which made me feel proud and confident.
During that time, I met Teacher Afton Murillo who was our Math teacher, and he always taught us shortcuts or easier ways to remember formulas and important concepts. His teaching helped me a lot, and I still remember those techniques today.
Learning Science with Fun and Support from Teacher Anthony

Teacher Anthony Ferrer is our Science teacher, and he is a funny and supportive person. Even though Science—especially Physics—was difficult, I enjoyed learning in his class. For me, he is one of my closest teachers in BFITS.

He always helped us prepare for exams and made lessons more interesting through lab activities. His teaching made difficult topics feel easier to understand, and I felt motivated to keep learning even when it was challenging.
One of my favorite experiences was doing fun lab activities, such as perfume-making, which made learning Science more enjoyable and memorable.
Growing Stronger in M6 with Supportive Teachers Across Subjects

Now that I am in Mathayom 6 (Grade 12), I have gained many experiences and feel proud that I can pronounce and speak English more fluently. I still enjoy learning Math, Science, and English, and I met many great BFITS teachers who helped me grow even more.
Teacher Charles Williams is probably one of the best English teachers I’ve had. He is kind, funny, and always gives advice to students. I also learned with Teacher Roderick Wright Jr., who is very good at teaching essay writing and speaking. Sometimes we played Kahoot or quizzes in class, which made learning fun and engaging.
In Science, I also learned with Teacher Ada Mangaoang, who taught us Chemistry, a subject that I really enjoy. She explained lessons clearly and helped us understand difficult topics better.
Teacher Jehnille Malabanan, our Math teacher, is calm and patient. She always takes time to explain lessons clearly and helps us understand parts that we may have missed before. Teacher Aldwin Malabanan (not related to Teacher Jehnille) is our Computer teacher. He may look serious at first, but he is actually funny and caring. His quizzes at the beginning of class help us review previous lessons and prepare for new ones.
A Thank You to the BFITS Teachers Who Helped Shape My Journey

This is my final year at SPR, and as a BFITS Program (MEP) student, I have met many amazing and inspiring teachers who helped guide me throughout the years—even some I didn’t mention by name. I am truly grateful for all the effort my teachers put into helping me learn and grow.
Thank you for making me a better student and a better person. I am happy and proud to have learned with you, and I will always remember the lessons and support you gave me.
